They marked my credit as 30days late (I say that the payment wasn't made when I went to make the next month's payment so I just paid both together.) It has been a year and I came to find out they made this mark. I called to ask that if since it has been a year, and it was only $5.00, and only once in the years I have had the card, if they could remove that mark. They said NO. I always pay early, and rarely have a balance anymore. I cannot believe that Kohls treats their customers that cruely. It is just mean to refuse to remove the mark and to require it remain on my credit the full 7 years. It was $5.00 that was paid with the next month's payment! Is there anything that I can do?
