		<description>I&#039;ve answered a few questions like this on the Consumer Credit Blog. It&#039;s a shame to see it&#039;s such a prevalent issue. I always tell people to practice the two P&#039;s when dealing with this kind of mess ... patience and persistence. My wife dealt with something similar, before we were married. It takes a lot of time and diligence, but it can be resolved.</description>
