WHAT??? He is on parole because a unpaid debt?

That is not true. The law doesn't allow it, This is the United States you have to do some kind of criminal act, go to trial and only then the judge can set you into parole for a defined period of time, that "As long as it takes" is also a fiction even on criminal cases.

Debts are civil matters no criminal, somebody has a great imagination around here.

If you live in the United States, getting the services of a credit restoration company is the best and most efficient way of fixing negative credit reports. But if you’re not in a hurry, you can give that credit report seven years and it will automatically get deleted.
There are people who trick you into thinking that even after seven years, the information on your credit report will not be deleted; or that you can do it on your own without any cost. And that credit repair is illegal. Well, consider yourself lucky because many have already read the Fair Credit Restoration Act; and know for a fact that credit repair is legal and possible. You can do it on your own, sure; but it is always advisable to hire professionals to do it.

Look at it this way - You can go to court and represent yourself, but you don’t do that; instead you hire the services of a lawyer. You probably have enough knowledge to fix your car; but you choose to let a mechanic do the tinkering. You can build your own house (it might take forever, but yes, it’s doable); why do you opt to get a contractor, instead? And you go to the doctor; rather than prescribe medicine to yourself. See … it’s the same principle as credit restoration; let the experts handle it.

Credit repair is easy but you need to beware of companies that can trick you to part with and lose your money. Some credit repair companies offer an easy fix for your credit score problems and ask for a huge fee. Some even offer an overnight solution, which is impossible because it take weeks, months and years to remove both errors and accurate negative remarks from your reports; even up to seven years to get rid of your bankruptcy record.

You can recognize a scammer through some signs that can be either obvious or subtle, such as not filling you in on all your legal rights. You should also look out for those who charge upfront fees or get you credit using someone else’s account. This can get you in a much messier situation than the one you are already in. Choose wisely when looking for credit repair help. Make sure that you get what you deserve from the charges you are paying for.

Hi, I am in the same situation I have a couple of credit card defaults and collections in my credit reports from years ago when I was in college. The same accounts are listed more than once, it looks like I have 6 different unpaid things some of them recent when it's really only two credit cards five years ago. I have no idea how to fix this mess so I'm going to pay somebody to do it for me. After a week looking everywhere I found one company that seems to be different bcrconsulting.us
Would you please give me your opinion about this people? What's the catch? they are the only ones not asking for money until my reports are fixed.
